That's fine. We run a 2-day discovery session. We come out with a prioritized feature list, a tech stack decision, and a scope we can quote.
What does 'fixed price' actually mean?
We define the scope in writing before any code is written. If we add something outside scope, we quote it separately. No surprise invoices.
Do you have a KPI guarantee?
We guarantee the code works as specified. For AI products, we also guarantee hitting the eval metrics we agreed on in scoping — or we fix it for free.
What happens after the MVP?
