What services does Afnexis provide?

Custom AI and ML systems, RAG pipelines, LLM integration, computer vision, web development (Next.js, React), mobile apps, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SaaS platforms. We don't do generic templates.

Do you offer custom software development?

Yes. Custom is all we do. Every project is scoped, architected, and built for your specific workflow and data. We don't reskin SaaS tools or drop in templates with your logo.

Can you help with existing projects or legacy systems?

Yes. We've been brought in to rebuild AI systems that failed compliance audits, refactor codebases where the original vendor disappeared, and add production monitoring to models running blind.

Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance?

Yes. All projects include a 3-month maintenance period. After that, monthly retainers are available. You get direct Slack access to the engineers who built the system.

Pricing

How much does it cost to work with Afnexis?

MVP or single AI feature: $15K to $30K. Full production app with ML, APIs, and frontend: $30K to $80K. Enterprise with compliance and integrations: $80K to $150K+. Fixed price only. You see the total before we start.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (ACH, wire, SWIFT), credit card, PayPal, and Stripe. Payment structure is typically 30% upfront, 40% at milestones, 30% on completion. Custom terms available for enterprise clients.

Do you offer refunds or guarantees?

Every deliverable must meet the agreed spec before the next milestone payment releases. We include a 3-month bug-fix warranty after launch. If we miss an agreed milestone, the milestone payment doesn't release.

Are there hidden costs?

No. The proposal lists every cost including third-party services, hosting, and licenses. Any scope change is quoted before we touch it. You get itemized invoices.

Can you work with our existing tech stack?

Yes. We've integrated with Java, .NET, Ruby on Rails, and legacy systems across healthcare and fintech. If your stack works, we work with it. We recommend changes only when there's a clear reason.

Do you follow security best practices?

Yes. OWASP secure coding, end-to-end encryption, OAuth 2.0 and JWT, HIPAA and GDPR compliance architecture, regular security reviews, and NDA-backed confidentiality on all engagements.

Will I own the source code?

Yes. On final payment, you get full ownership of all code, designs, and documentation. Delivered via GitHub or your preferred repo. You can maintain, extend, or transfer it to another team at any time.

Process

What is your development process?

Discovery and architecture first. Then 2-week sprint cycles with demos after each sprint. QA throughout, not at the end. Staging environment review, then production. You see working software every 2 weeks.

How long does a typical project take?

MVP or single feature: 4 to 8 weeks. Mid-complexity web or mobile app: 2 to 4 months. AI system with data pipelines: 3 to 6 months. Enterprise compliance work: 6 to 12 months. Timelines are in the proposal, by milestone.

How do you handle communication?

You get direct Slack or Teams access to the engineers on your project. Weekly written updates. Sprint demo every 2 weeks. Aashir is reachable for escalations. No account managers in the middle.

Can I make changes during development?

Yes. We scope changes before implementing them. Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are included. Anything that changes timeline or cost gets a written impact estimate before we proceed.

Support

What post-launch support do you provide?

3 months of free bug fixes included. After that: monitoring, security patches, dependency updates, and feature development on a monthly retainer. Critical issues get a 1 to 2 hour response time.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?

Critical production issues: 1 to 2 hours. High priority bugs: 4 to 8 business hours. Standard requests: 24 to 48 hours. Premium support clients get dedicated on-call engineers.

Can you train our team to maintain the software?

Yes. We deliver full documentation, architecture walkthroughs, and recorded training sessions. Most clients handle routine updates in-house and come back to us for new features.

What if I need to scale or add features later?

We design for scale from day one. Ongoing options include monthly retainers, dedicated feature sprints, and extended team models. Most of our clients have been with us for multiple projects.
