Yes. We build RESO Web API integrations for live MLS data sync and handle legacy RETS feeds for brokerages on older systems. We manage the data normalization so your listings stay consistent regardless of how the MLS formats the feed.
How accurate is AI property valuation?
In markets with dense comparable sales data, our valuation models hit within 3-5% of final sale price on residential properties. Accuracy drops in thin markets where comps are sparse. We're transparent about this in scoping. We won't promise AVM accuracy we can't deliver.
Do you build tenant portals for property managers?
