Which cloud IoT platform do you use?
AWS IoT Core for most projects. Azure IoT Hub for Microsoft-stack clients. We can also build a custom MQTT broker on your own infrastructure if you need air-gapped deployment.
Can you work with our existing hardware?
Yes. We've integrated with off-the-shelf sensors (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, ESP32) and custom hardware designs. Send us your specs before scoping.
How do you handle OTA firmware updates?
We build the OTA update mechanism into the platform from day one. Devices check for updates on boot and at intervals. Rollback to previous firmware on failed update.
What about devices with intermittent connectivity?
Store-and-forward is a default in our architecture. Devices buffer locally and sync when they get connectivity. No data loss.
